Click any placed object in the 3D view to select it — the right panel becomes an editor with numeric width / depth / height and object-specific options (roof type, gate style, step count…). Use the small toolbar for Move (drag along the ground) or Rotate (spin in place), or press ← / → to rotate the selected object in 5° steps (hold Shift for 15°).
Beautify treats gates as part of the wall: pulls each gate onto the nearest fence line, cuts a gate-width opening, closes small path gaps, and applies siding / shingle / wood / stone textures.
Click "Place camera", then click a point on the 3D model. Names + IDs are assigned automatically (Camera 1 / cam-01, Camera 2 / cam-02…) — your DVR app reads these IDs from the .glb to wire each marker to its feed.

.glb (glTF binary) is the standard real-time 3D format. Each camera is embedded as a named empty node
with its stream ID in extras. Read that in your DVR app to wire up "tap → open feed".
