Privacy Policy

Controller. Snakez S.R.O, Slovakia, EU, is the controller for this website, contact requests and products or services operated directly by Snakez S.R.O. For customer-managed environments, Snakez S.R.O may act as a processor or service provider under the customer's instructions.

Data we may process

Contact data you submit, such as name, work email, company and message.
Technical delivery data, such as IP address, browser, device metadata, request time and security logs generated by hosting or CDN providers.
Product configuration data that you enter into an app or tool, such as local device settings, camera endpoints, local 3D map files, cloud resource metadata, Jira settings or Google Drive connection status.
Optional SnakezDVR Premium licensing data, such as Google Play purchase status or a manual activation request code that you choose to send to Snakez S.R.O.
Customer support data, such as diagnostic notes, screenshots, bug reports or infrastructure details you choose to provide.

Product-specific privacy notes

SnakezDVR ViewerLocal-first camera access, credentials, settings, thumbnails, debug logs and 3D map files stay on the user's device unless the user exports or shares them. The app does not require login and does not use ads, analytics, Firebase, cloud login, XMEye cloud services or P2P cloud services. The optional Wear OS companion receives only user-enabled camera names, status, snapshots, PTZ commands and active audio; locked-camera data and camera credentials are not sent to the watch.

SnakezDVR 3D PlannerThe website planner runs in the browser. Uploaded aerial photos are processed in browser memory only. The website does not upload, save or keep those photos after the page is closed. If the user downloads a project, GLB or camera JSON file, that file is stored only on the user's device.

Daily AppIn version 1.0.13 and later, most content stays local while optional Live Share uses an anonymous Firebase identity, a random installation ID and membership-protected shared lists. Invite codes expire after 24 hours, inactive lists are deleted after 60 days, and in-app cloud and local deletion controls are available under Settings > Privacy and data. See the dedicated Daily policy, GDPR notice and EULA.

Spyderz SenseSpyderz is a local-first AWS inventory and vulnerability scanner. Cloud scan results may include resource IDs, configuration metadata, exposed endpoints, regions, findings and remediation notes. Do not enter production credentials unless you are authorised.

rezomed.sk WebsiteWebsite delivery and maintenance may involve public site content, administrator contact details and hosting logs.

Drawing App for ChildrenDesigned to avoid accounts, ads and tracking. Drawings should remain local unless a parent, guardian or user exports or shares them through the device.

N2W Pulse - Server ViewerServer status, backup context, operational metadata and connection settings may be processed in the customer environment.

QA BugCamQA BugCam handles screenshots, tab recordings, optional console messages and network resource metadata, locally stored settings, Google account email and user-configured Jira credentials. Captures remain on the user's device unless the user explicitly enables upload to their own Google Drive or chooses to attach an annotated screenshot and optional comment to their configured Jira Cloud site. Transfers use HTTPS and go directly from the extension to Google or the user-configured Atlassian site. The developer does not operate a server that receives this data, does not sell it, does not use it for advertising or profiling, and does not allow humans to read it.

QA BugCam permissions

tabCapture: records the active browser tab only when the user starts recording.
activeTab and scripting: are used for the selected tab after a user action.
downloads: saves recordings and screenshots to the user's Downloads folder.
storage: remembers local settings such as Jira URL, folder name and format preference.
identity: authenticates Google Drive uploads only when the user enables that feature.
host permissions: are limited to https://www.googleapis.com/* for optional Google Drive operations and https://*.atlassian.net/* for optional Jira Cloud attachment operations. QA BugCam does not request <all_urls> host access.

How we use data

To provide, maintain and improve websites, apps, tools and support.

Third-party services

Depending on the feature, data may be processed by hosting, CDN, contact form, app store, browser store, cloud, weather, Google Drive, Atlassian Jira or customer-selected infrastructure providers. Google Play processes optional SnakezDVR Premium purchases and returns purchase and entitlement status to the app; Snakez S.R.O does not receive or store payment card details. The SnakezDVR website planner may load front-end JavaScript libraries from a CDN, but uploaded aerial photos and generated project data are not sent to Snakez S.R.O servers. QA BugCam uploads screenshots, tab recordings, annotated screenshots, optional comments and related metadata directly to the user's Google Drive or configured Jira Cloud site only when configured and triggered by the user. QA BugCam's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Daily App uses Google Firebase for optional shared lists, Amazon Web Services for the scheduled deletion of expired shared lists, and may query Open-Meteo, USGS and Radmon for environmental feeds; details are in the Daily App policy.

SnakezDVR manual Premium activation

Optional manual activation creates a one-way hash of an app-scoped Android device identifier. It leaves the phone only if the user sends the displayed request code to Snakez S.R.O. The code is used only to issue or support a device-bound Premium unlock and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Retention

Contact requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Product data stored locally stays under the user's control. Daily App shared lists are automatically deleted after 60 consecutive days without an update and can be deleted sooner in the app. Website planner photos are discarded when the browser page is closed unless the user downloaded or saved a local project file. Customer project data is retained according to the relevant agreement or deleted when no longer needed.

Security

Snakez S.R.O uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so customers should avoid sharing unnecessary secrets and should rotate credentials after support work when appropriate.

GDPR Notice

For people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, applicable privacy law may give you rights over your personal data.

Legal bases

Contract: providing products, services and support requested by you or your company.

Legal obligation: records required for tax, accounting, compliance or legal claims.

Controller and processor roles

Snakez S.R.O is usually the controller for website contact requests and direct support communication. For customer systems, customer cloud accounts, customer Jira instances, company infrastructure and commissioned development work, the customer may be the controller and Snakez S.R.O may act as processor or service provider.

Requests and complaints

Daily users can erase data without identifying themselves: open Daily > Settings > Privacy and data > Delete all data, optionally select Also remove local data, and confirm. The anonymous installation identity authorises removal of its shared lists, invite codes and memberships.

Use the contact form to make a GDPR request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

3D Planner Terms of Service and Free License

Effective date. August 5, 2026. These terms apply each time you open and use the SnakezDVR 3D Planner. If you use it for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them. Do not use the planner if you do not agree.

Free license grant

Snakez S.R.O grants you a free-of-charge, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the planner for lawful personal or internal business planning. The planner is licensed, not sold. Snakez S.R.O and its licensors retain their software, design, branding and documentation rights. You retain rights in content and project data that you lawfully provide.

Authorised content and lawful use

Use only surface images, maps, models, property information and camera plans that you own or are authorised to use.
Do not use the planner for unlawful surveillance, trespass, harassment, stalking, infringement of privacy or property rights, or circumvention of security controls.
You are responsible for permissions, notices, registrations and compliance with surveillance, privacy, employment, property, planning and other applicable laws.
Do not resell, sublicense, remove notices from or misuse the planner, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted.

Privacy, local processing and saved files

The planner processes a selected surface image and project data in browser memory and does not upload those files or project contents to Snakez S.R.O. Project JSON, GLB models and camera JSON files are created on your device only when you choose to save or export them. You are responsible for securing, sharing and deleting those local files. Website hosting and CDN providers may process ordinary delivery data such as IP address, browser metadata, request time and security logs.

Planning results and user responsibility

The planner is a visual planning aid, not engineering, architectural, legal, safety or professional security advice. Dimensions, camera placement, fields of view, visibility, coverage and exported models may be incomplete or inaccurate. Independently inspect the site and verify every measurement, installation decision, permission and legal requirement before relying on an output.

Third-party software

The planner loads Three.js r160, including its controls, loader and exporter modules, from unpkg. Three.js is copyright 2010-2023 three.js authors and is provided under the MIT License. That open-source license applies to Three.js; this free planner license applies to the Snakez S.R.O planner.

Availability, warranties and liability

The planner is provided as is and as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or suitable for a particular installation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snakez S.R.O is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost data, failed installations, unauthorised surveillance or decisions based on planner output. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Termination and updates

This license ends if you breach these terms. Snakez S.R.O may update the planner or these terms and will display the applicable version before use. The website requires fresh acceptance on every planner visit and does not rely on a stored acceptance to skip the notice.

Product EULAs

These End User License Agreement terms apply to each Snakez S.R.O product below unless a separate signed agreement overrides them.

Shared EULA terms

License. Snakez S.R.O grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product for lawful business or personal use.
Ownership. Snakez S.R.O and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, code, marks and documentation. You keep ownership of your own content, credentials, recordings, screenshots, cloud data and project data.
Restrictions. Do not misuse the product, bypass security controls, reverse engineer except where law allows, resell without permission, or use it against systems you are not authorised to access.
Credentials. You are responsible for protecting API tokens, cloud credentials, Jira credentials, camera credentials and server access details entered into any product.
Third-party services. The products may integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
No warranty. Products are provided as is unless a written agreement says otherwise. Snakez S.R.O does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snakez S.R.O is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or unauthorised use caused by customer configuration or credential misuse.
Termination. The license ends if you breach these terms. On termination, stop using the product and remove copies where practical.

SnakezDVR Viewer EULA

SnakezDVR Viewer is licensed for viewing and managing authorised local camera, DVR/NVR and monitoring workflows. It is designed for local TCP access rather than cloud login or relay services. You must have permission to access every camera, recorder, stream, network and site you configure. You are responsible for complying with surveillance, privacy, employment and property laws that apply to your camera use.

Premium is available as a non-consumable one-time Google Play purchase. Snakez S.R.O may also issue complimentary or testing unlock codes that are bound to one phone, are non-transferable, do not represent a Google Play purchase and cannot be restored on another phone.

Except where Google Play policy or applicable law requires otherwise, Premium purchases are final and non-refundable. Google Play handles payment, restoration and eligible refunds. If Google Play refunds or revokes a purchase, Premium access may be removed, but existing local files are not deleted.

The 3D planner is licensed for planning camera placement from user-supplied property photos and models. Use only aerial photos, site photos, maps and property data that you have the right to use. On the website, uploaded photos are handled in the browser and are not kept by Snakez S.R.O. In the Android app, planner files are saved locally on the phone. Website use is also governed by the 3D Planner Terms of Service and Free License.

Daily App EULA

Daily App is licensed for personal daily information such as weather, alerts, notes, shopping lists and cards. Most content stays local; optional Live Share stores list content in Firebase under an anonymous membership identity. Weather, air-quality, earthquake, radiation and location information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and must not be the sole source for safety-critical decisions. Spyderz Sense EULA

Spyderz Sense is licensed for authorised cloud review, vulnerability testing, exposed-service checks, EC2 inventory and findings triage. You may use it only on accounts, services and networks you own or are authorised to assess. Findings are informational and require human review before remediation or business decisions.

rezomed.sk Website EULA

The rezomed.sk website work is licensed as website delivery, maintenance and public content support. Customer-provided text, images, medical or business claims remain the customer's responsibility. Snakez S.R.O is not responsible for regulated professional claims unless expressly contracted to review them.

Drawing App for Children EULA

The Drawing App for Children is licensed for creative drawing and local use. A parent, guardian or responsible adult should supervise children using the app. Do not enter personal information into drawings intended for sharing. Exporting or sharing drawings is controlled by the user and device settings.

N2W Pulse - Server Viewer EULA

N2W Pulse - Server Viewer is licensed for authorised server, backup and operational visibility workflows. You must have permission to connect to every server, backup platform and environment you configure. Status displays are operational aids and should not replace backup verification, incident response or recovery procedures.

QA BugCam EULA

QA BugCam is licensed for browser tab recording, screenshots, annotations and bug evidence workflows. You are responsible for what you record and upload. Do not record confidential, personal, customer or regulated data unless you are authorised and have a lawful reason. Jira and Google Drive uploads are user-directed, use HTTPS and go directly from the extension to the user's configured accounts. The developer does not operate a server that receives QA BugCam captures or credentials.
